How to Register a Company online?

Steps to Register a Company Online :

  • Application for the name availability.
  • Application for DSC (Digital Signature Certificate).
  • Apply for the DIN (Director Identification Number)
  • Filing of the EMoa and EAOA to register a private limited company
  • Apply for the PAN and TAN of the company
  • Issued certificate of incorporation by RoC with PAN and TAN Opening a current bank account on a company name

Documents required to Register a Company

Following docs are required to register a company in India –

  • PAN Card of the proposed Director
  • Address Proof
  • Residential Proof
  • Registered Office Proof

Address Proof Valid Documents

Address proof document should have the name of director as mentioned on the PAN Card and should not be older than 2 months. Following documents are accepted –

  • Passport
  • EPIC – Electoral Photo Identity Card
  • Ration Card
  • Driving License
  • Utility Bills – Electricity Bill or Landline/Mobile Bill
  • Aadhaar

Residential Proof Valid Documents

This is required in addition to the above address proof document to validate the current address. Residential proof document should have the name of director as mentioned on the PAN Card and should not be older than 2 months. Following documents are accepted –

  • Bank Statement
  • Utility Bills – Electricity Bill or Landline/Mobile Bill

Registered Office Proof

For the proof of admittance of a registered office, you need to provide documents for electricity bill or the property tax receipt or water bill, rental agreement or non-objection certificate of the owner of the property.
